  • a Blind Spot Information System (BSIS) to monitor the nearside blind spot

Similarly, industry standards and accreditation schemes such as CLOCS and FORS may require vehicles to meet specific visibility requirements. These commonly include a nearside camera and, where practical, a rear camera, alongside other safety technologies.

More Cameras Are Not Always Better

  • Does it regularly reverse or manoeuvre in confined spaces?
